Postpartum Support

Postpartum Doula Responsibilities

Provide education on postpartum topics
Offer guidance, support and care for newborn and family
Support and provide tips for breastfeeding/chest-feeding
Offer bottle-feeding support and advice
Provide emotional support and nurturing to the new mother
Assist with postpartum care, including preparing sitz baths and foot soaks
Prepare healthy, nutritious meals or help with meal planning
Perform light baby related housekeeping tasks such as washing and folding, organizing baby clothes and accessories, tidying nursery and baby area
Offer referrals to local resources, including parenting classes, pediatricians, lactation consultants, and other parenting support groups.

8-hour shift from 10 p.m.-6 a.m. | $30/hr

*adjustable up to 12 hours

If you are wanting/needing uninterrupted sleep we'll handle bottle-feeding your baby for you.

or we will bring the baby to you for nursing or bottle-feeding

followed by us soothing your bundle of joy back to sleep

4-hour shifts

there is a 12-hour purchase minimum paid in full at $420 before services are scheduled

additional hours can be purchased at $30/hour
